About Us!

Four Creative Seasons began in August of 1997. We started selling handmade Christmas ornaments at various craft fairs in Southern California. Christmas led to spring and Easter items, followed by summer decor, then fall, back-to-school and Halloween items. After our first year we had covered all the seasons!

As the craft shows became more successful, we began to source components for our items that led us to the trade shows. We began buying direct from manufacturers of both unfinished and finished products. Over the first several years we noticed a trend towards scrapbooking as we relocated to Northern California. We took a chance on a few lines and began selling on eBay, and then later added Etsy, and eventually our own website.

Several years later we found ourselves too busy with online sales and our craft items took a back seat with only one craft show per year. As trends and the craft industry changed, so did we, pivoting several times to keep up with progress. We soon found a niche at one, then three, consignment store that were quite interested in our seasonal holiday plush items.

But our story took a dark turn in November of 2018 with the Camp fire. But we were not deterred. During the weeks after the fire we were making items in the hotel room we were put up in. Two months later we were back up and running online as we found a rental home. That year was a rebuilding year for our business and we greatly appreciate the support of our customers during that trying time period.

December of 2019 saw us moving to Oregon, were we reside now. After the move we continued some hand made products but were concentrating on the online stores. We began adding Mixed Media to our products line.

The following year saw the start of the pandemic. It was during this time that many new customers appeared. It seemed that many of you had extra time on your hands as we all "quarantined in place" and began working on, or starting, art and mixed media projects that had been put off for who knows how long. Cheers to you all!

Presently, 2024 is off to a good, albeit cold and wintery, start. We have strived, and continue to strive, to offer the best mixed media products we can find, at the best price possible. We also try to provide our customers with the best customer service and turn around times as best we can (but we can't control the weather or the postal rates).
